Live Camera Viewing

We have installed hardware to have live cameras in the office and be able to view them remotely.

There are several steps required to achieve this ability. First involves downloading a remote viewing program: Remote Viewer

This File needs to be unzipped, then installed thru the setup file. When complete, you will have a blue icon (labeled remote module) in your programs list in the start menu. Start the program. You will see this appear in the upper right of your desktop:

Now you must find out the IP address of Computer Medic Center. To do this go to the Start Menu, Choose Run and type Command, then press enter. A DOS Window will appear. in the window type: Ping cmcnpb.com and press enter. You should get our Current IP Address.... Write it down.

Next you click on the little computer icon in the remote module at the top of your desktop. You will be prompted for the IP address you just wrote down... You should now be in and viewing our live cameras. The menus will let you change cameras to the ones we currently have up and running.
